a balanced stay
good location peace quiet helpful staff lacking variety breakfast missing items menu
the location was good. it was close to the beach clubs, but far enough away for peace. the staff was kind. i especially thank aye, tor, boom, and ying (they were helpful).
i found the breakfast to be lacking in variety. also, they did not replenish items quickly. many menu items were unavailable (this was disappointing). the bartender could have added more fruit.

limited food rude reception
the staff was very friendly and rooms were clean.
the hotel was much smaller than the pictures showed , also cabins were very close together reducing privacy. the restaurant disappointed me with limited food for vegetarians. ann at the reception was rude , she almost acted like forced to do the job.

excellent stay at a beachfront resort
spacious villa comfortable seating attentive staff
i stayed in the grand beautiful villa it was spacious the air conditioning was effective i appreciated the proximity to the beach it allowed for easy access the room had a balcony with comfortable seating. the hotel grounds were well maintained the pool area was clean and inviting i found the staff attentive to our needs. the on-site dining options were convenient the breakfast buffet offered a variety of choices. the resort provided complimentary shuttle service to nearby attractions saving time and money.

great buffet large variety good food nice staff
the breakfast buffet was great. i found many choices with a large variety daily. it was probably the best hotel breakfast i have had in many years of travel. the staff was very nice all around. the food was also good. the pool and the beach are together in front of the hotel.
i thought the road was noisy. the bungalows are close. they do not allow any privacy.

shade availability restaurant food limited privacy small hotel
the location was beachfront with plenty of shade available (which was needed). the level of detail was great as was the bar and restaurant. i liked the food at the restaurant, it was lovely.
the hotel is smaller than the pictures suggest. cabins are very close together, this gave little privacy (i could hear everything).
